I was thinking I can use vobblanker, but I have never used it and have no idea what to do....Please help!!! Thank you in advance

If it's the recent combo or something it will have new protection. If it is a new DVD, then it will probably have Macrovision Ripguard copy protection. I think DVDFabDecrypter will do the trick.

Try doing it with AnyDVD that get's past all-known DVD protections.

i used the newest version of dvdfab to rip, then reauthered with dvdshrink for the main movie only, no multiangled stuff of the toons, and it copied fine.

Once started to I run into problems, with these newer DVDs lately, I used DVDFab Decrypter instead DVD Decrypter.

I found that the process took longer, being impatient, I went back to 1) DVD Decrypter -> 2) vobblanker -> 3) DVD Shrink.

The backup came out just fine.

For anyone who's tried the above methods and yielded nothing, try this:

With AnyDVD running, rip it to the hard drive with Decryptor. Then open the image with Shrink and compress it however you want. Then burn it with Decryptor. This worked for me.

I tried CloneDVD2 but received an error message. I originally tried ripping/compressing it initially with Shrink, but that always ran into an error message.

Latest AnyDVD to rip > VOBB to blank the unwanted on a DVD > Shrink to compress > ImgBurn to burn = Never starting a thread asking how to backup a movie
