Trying to make a compilation disc for myself by backing up selected scenes from 3 comedy dvds using Shrink reauthoring feature. Problem is - the selected scenes from each DVD are in seperate folders and I can't burn them because the files in each folder have the same name (i.e., VTS_O1, VTS_O2). How do I combine files from different titles to make one? Hope it's not too confusing...

To combine scenes or titles from different DVD's to one disc with DVD Shrink try this guide:

You could use shrink or you could re-encode the particular files to MPEG II then join them. Then run them through DVD Santa to make your DVD. I would use Blaze Media Pro, or any other video converter/splitter/jointer software in conjunction with Santa.

Shrink can make the compilation disc without any re-encoding of the original .VOB files, a definite advantage.
