I have been using my cd-r(w) burner for about a year and a half . About a month ago i tried writing a cd but it wouldn't write.
I went to the drive in MY COMPUTER and clicked properties. I have read before that there is supposed to be a recording tab there. THERE IS NO RECORDING TAB. I have a message thats is shown when my computer is turned on. It says "DEVICES OR APPLICATIONS DIABLED".
I used to have Roxio 5 installed. When i click on "DEVISES OR APPLICATIONS DIABLED" under the OBSOLETE APPLICATIONS AND DEVICE DRIVERS, there are 2 driver file names which i cant seem to find and think that they might be the cause of my problem. They are CDUDF.SYS and CDR4_2K.SYS
