Madagascar has the Macrovision RipGuard protection on it. You'll need to use DVD43 or AnyDVD in conjunction with DVD Shrink. Both DVD43 and AnyDVD run in the background. DVD43 is free and AnyDVD is free for 21 days. After that it's $39.99, but well worth it, as it is updated very often to handle the newer protections.
