toc= table of contents

dvd-9 means size of original disc up to 8.5 gigs where as most ps2 games are DVD-5 which is up to 4.37 max basically its the size of the game

the larger table of contents is how it is able to copy/play the games the lower versions couldn't. the lower versions cant read the dual layer games either.
