As regards this page on Audio cd burn speeds:

http://www.soundonsound.com/sos/nov04/articles/qa1104-3.htm

Basically it recommends x4 for audio, I get the whole Pit/Land thing - does this apply to Dvd Video as well? and if I'm using x8 speed media should I burn at 8 or would I a more reliable result with x4??....speed is not any issue, only quality.

Adavis--
Yes, in answer to your question about burn speed--Normally people say keep burn speed at 4X or slower--reduces chance of errors--
