Having trouble loading The Sims 2 (ISO file)

Hi there,

I wonder if someone could please help me out.....???

I am having trouble loading The Sims 2 (ISO file). I am using firmware version 1.50, and UMD Emulator V0.8C. I have also tried Fastloader. Also, I have an original UMD in my PSP drive.

When I select the ISO file from the menu in the loader, the screen just goes blank, and stays like that. I then have to reset the PSP.

Could someone please let me know which settings I should have on UMD Emulator.

I have the same problem. Maybe Sims 2 dosen't work with umd emulator 8

That is my guess.

Going to try and back up another umd and see if I can get it to work.

Hi guys.

You may want to try with this settings on the emulator. I really do not know if it will work. If it dosent you may want to get devhook 022. it is a very good simple program used to run ISO's.

The settings are as follows

CPU/Bus speed : 333/166 mhz
Iso emulation mode : copy load
Disctype Iso : Game
Disctype Umd : Game
Updater Icon : ORIGINAL
Use boot.bin : ON
Regioncode Override : ON
Regioncode game/video/audio : REGIONFREE

Flash0 emulation : ON
Flash1 emulation : OFF
