i need to know how to use dvd santa to switch pal dvds to NTSC. I tried before and the audio and video are not synchronized and all of the titles contain the same thing.

i think that my problem/confusion is in step 3; adding video files. the tutorial shows media player files (i think) and i only have audio_ts and video_ts folders. what am i supposed to do about only have those 2 folders?

here are the files inside the video_ts folder. which ones am i supposed to use?

You can add any media file. Add the VOB's and then tick NTSC and your res and aspect ration. Then click Create DVD. That's all there is too it. Let it convert the files to the new format and you're in business. Takes a little while though. Then you have the option of burning it or saving the newly created DVD for later to burn.
