memory exploit independence installer HELP!

i've learned a lot lately about installing the mc exploit but i've hit a snag. i dont have action replay or any swap disc or a mod chip. all i have at my disposal are the network adapter and hard drive, and a purchased copy of hdloader.

my plan is to use winhiip to get the exploit cd image file onto the hdd and then use hdloader to boot up that image and install the exploit to the mem card. everytime hdloader opens the image though, i get the same error... "failed to load cdvd.irx". it's been suggested that i move the cdvd.irx file from the main directory in the exploit cd to the FILES folder. i tried it, and still nothing. this seems to be a very rare problem, has anybody else run into this? anyone have a solution?

i'm really stuck here. Thank you in advance

installing exploits with anything other then the ability to boot a burnt disk is nothing but a headach and they have a 99% failure rate and what works this time, may not work the next for you and it may never work for someone else, it's strange. your best bet is to find someone with a modchip or swap magic and have them exploit your MC for you. if you cant find anyone local find a friend you can mail your MC to and have them do it.

it's much faster in the long run and allot less headach.
