Burn DVD9 to 2 DVD5

Tried this in another area, I know I can compress onto one disc but I dont want to compress music DVD's.

Newbie question.
I have:-
DVD Fab Express 2.99.6.6
DVD Decrypter 3.5.4.0
DVD Shrink 3.2.0.15

I have succesfuly burnt DVD5 to DVD5 but how do I burn DVD9 to 2 DVD5
all advice appreciated.

use DVDFab Gold, DVDFab express only shrinks, cant split...
