I have 3 sets of the tin-boxed Disney Treasures. I have only tried to backup one, "Disney Rarities," but the auto compression on DVD Shrink always gives me more than the DVD+R can hold. This happened once before with "The Ten Commandments" but could manually increase compression. With "Disney Rarities," compression is pegged at the extreme left at fifty-something and won't let me increase it even if I switch to manual.
So far, I have tried straight DVD Shrink with DVD43, DVD Fab Decrypter with DVD Shrink, and DVD Fab Decrypter with VOBblanker and DVD Shrink and I always get the result describe above. If I try to break it up and copy the main movie (part of the shorts) to one disc and the extras (more shorts) to a second disc, each group of files expands to fill the space available. In other words, there's a booby trap in the disc encoding somewhere. Anyone else run into this?

In Shrinks preferences change the target size from Automatic to Custom and type in 4300. That should resolve your issue.

I tried that and it didn't work. I was able to back up another set, "Spin and Marty" with Shrink and DVD43 no problem, but "Disney Treasures Disc One" (haven't tried disc two) still expands to fill the space available. I tried to copy it both directly with Shrink and from a file created by DVD Fab Decrypter--same problem. Anything else I can try?
