When I try using this program, while following the steps in the guide, I get this error at the end. I have 19.4 gb free on my hard drive and yet while it's about to finish, I get the I/O error and also it says I'm low on disk space. What's going on?

Oh and another question: When I'm about to start the conversion, I get a warning saying that the procedure will take up 9.4 gb of space. Shouldn't it only take up 4.7 gb? But even then I have 19 free so it shouldn't matter. So why am I receiving this problem?
