I need help in putting 2 films onto one dvd with menus.
Which programme do you suggest. I have downloaded episodes of tv programme and converted to video_ts files with winavi but need programme to put onto dvd

You can Not Burn 2 "Video_TS" Folders to a DVD, If you want to Put 2 Movie Files on a DVD you have to create a Single "Video_TS" Folder from Both AVI Files....

To Burn a Video_TS Fo;der to DVD you can use a Burning program Like "Nero" and Burn the "Video_TS" in "DVD Video" mode...

If you want to Make a DVD From 2 Movies with a Menu were you can select what Movie you want to watch and have Chapters then you should encode each AVI file to a DVD Compliant Mpeg-2 File and then you will have to use a DVD authoring program to add your Menu"s and Chapters and to format it all Into a "Video_TS" folder and then you can Burn it to DVD....
Also you have to encode the Movies at a low enough bitrate so that they will Both Fit on a DVD but not too low of the Quality will be Bad....You can actually only Fit about 2.5 Hours Max on a Standard DVD useing the Full D1 DVD format and if you want to Fit more On a DVD you will have to use a Different DVD format.....

have you tried joining these two episodes first? You can then add your menu's and chapters and such prior to your conversion and creation to DVD.
