Please help me. I am trying to burn a cue file. I have used different programs such as nero, Alchohol 120, cdrwin to name a few and they all come out in black and white with a colored rainbow at the bottom of my tv screen. I have ruined so many disks that it's rediculous. Please, can some one tell me what I'm doing wrong. I am using the burn image command and it still is not working. HELP

its not a problem burning the image...the image itself sounds like its bad. I take is it is a video CD? Are you sure your DVD Player can play video/SVideo CDs?

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:

This has happened to me with several different cue files. When I view the file on my computer it looks fine, the color is there as it's supposed to be. My dvd player can play these disks. I have burned other iso files and avi's, DivX, and have been able to play them without a problem.

The problem is: of what is, that ISO?
If it's an iso of VCD all is well; if it is an ISO of a data CD-R containing, say , an AVI file the result is the same of putting a CD-R with an AVI file in it, i.e. if your player can read DivX all goes well, if not, it doesn't.

In this case you musi get that .AVI file from that .ISO, first ('mount' the .ISO with Alcohol 120% or Daemon tools then copy from the virtual drie, e.g. E: , the .AVI on your HD), then converting that AVI in a DVD or (S)VCD.

Ah, next time post in http://forums.afterdawn.com/forum_view.cfm/40 any (S)VCD and DVD issues.
