I agree spend a little more and get the good stuff.I used hundreds of the Linkyo 8x -R's with the fake t/y code and they always played good then I had 3 disc come unlamiated in my players and that is not good.Steer clear of the Linkyo.

hahahaha...don't waste your time on Linkyo, it's supermediastore.com's own "house brand"...and in this case, it's NOT comparable to Office Depot's "house brand" which in the 8x speed, either format, are made by Ritek...
