Can anybody tell me why my shrunken DVD does not play on X-Box. I have shrunk several movies and all of them don't work on X-Box. They work fine on my cheap $59AU ordinary DVd player.

Are they DVD-R or DVD+R? I'm not sure if the X-Box can read either of these formats. If you want burned DVDs to play on an X-Box, you may have to booktype (if your burner is capable of doing this) DVD+R to DVD-ROM. DVD-ROM will play, since it is the standard format.

Here is a very nice guide that tells you what booktyping is and how to do it.

What is the brand and model of your burner? Some burners can booktype and some cannot.

Some standalone players including game consoles are picky. I have a PS2 that will play either format, but the standalone JVC I have downstairs has a hard time playing most DVD+Rs unless they're booktyped to DVD-ROM.

TMRM, I'm not sure if that burner is capable of booktyping, but it is a Lite-On burner, so it might. Quite a few Lite-On burners can booktype. Just use the Lite-On tab in DVD Decrypter to see if you can.
