Okay i recently had to reactivate my computer and i had to put in dvdshrink again and the other programs like dvd decryptor and all of sudden even dvds i made back up copies of i can't get to open. When i go to hit open disc all it does is says is dvd navigation in not specified and i have no idea what i'm doing wrong but i can't get any disc to work and i think its opening in drive E, could i have some problem in setting. i really ned your help thank you

By reactivate, do you mean perform a clean install of the operating system (re-formated your HDD and re-installed the OS) and then needed to reactivate XP?

Uninstall your DVD drivers and reboot the computer. Windows will reinstall the DVD and all should be well.

You would do this in Start>Settings>Control Panel>Performance and Maintenance>System>hardward tab>Device manager and then find the DVD drive and Uninstall the driver. The close the system and reboot.
