Hi, i was wondering if anyone knew how to get my M$ dashboard back, i have a softmodded xbox with UnleashX, but i don't want to delete the softmod, i just want to know if i can put M$ dashboard in the Dashobards menu so i can access it. I want to delete music in order to ftp some n64 games, but i dont know how to delete the music in UnleashX. I have alot of music and it takes up too much memory. So can anyone help me delete this music or just get my M$ dashboard without deleting my UnleashX dashboard? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I wanna know how to access my MS Dashboard from the UnleashX menu too. When I select MS Dashboard from the UnleashX menu, it says C:/msdash.xbe does not exist.

I have the latest MS Dash version backed-up on the E:Drive, so I was wondering if I can just copy all the files from the backup folder onto the C:Drive.

The only thing is, on the C:Drive there's two folders and the file xboxdash.xbe. What do I do with those?

yeh u need to restore the dashboard if u have it saved because that mean it has been deleted from ur harddrive

if u have the files can u send me the files for the dash thanks

if u have Evox ... go down to your dash and you will see MS Dashboard click on that and Voula there u go

If you,ve backed up the M$ dash.xbe it will automatically be backed up to E:/ you should have a screen tab for M$ dash in unleash-X and evolution. But beware. IF your hard-drive is unlocked and you boot-up the M$dash.xbe. you could come back to an error 5. Frags on boot-up.
Personally i,d try using boxplorer or xbmc to remove or delete the files you want. playing around with xbe s is risky unless you know what your doing. especially with crystals and newer version 1.6+ boxes.
M$ know their technical stuff. thats why they develop newer consoles.
Use this information at your own risk.
