DVD Shrink gave me an error so I used DVDDecrypter and I keep on getting an "I/O Error". Any ideas?

An I/O error is usually your drive telling you it doesn't like the disc.

Try using AnyDVD in the background of Shrink. You will know it is running because there will be a red fox in your system tray.
