I am still getting the same message sometimes. I was told it might have been something called FAT32 messing it up or to a dirty laser, but eventually I just quit burning all together. I am attempting to decrypt the cave right now with decrypter and I am getting more I/O errors and bla bla bla. SHrink and Decrypter use to work fine, but now they barely even work for me. Who knows..

CRC errors are ususally from a dirty, scratched, or bad press. Try cleaning the disc real well, or use toothpaste to remove scratches.

Clean the lazer on your drive.

If that doesn't do it exchange the disc.

I have a brand new system (one week old) but I will try cleaning the disk. Thank you for the toothpaste advise.

Thank you,

oh and the movie is The Cave. When I try to use shrink alone to do it it gives me some "Invalid DVD navigation structure" error. Anyone know what that means?

I just backed this up using DVDFab Decrypter, make sure your using the latest version. Then I opened the files up using DVD Shrink and let it go from there. I only backed up the movie. This movie is Sony and I dont think DVD Decrypter nor DVD Shrink will figure out the file layout.
