I am trying to covert pal to ntsc. I have seen people say nero but they dont say how and I only have freeware or trials. Does anyone have a good guide or recommendation that I could use. I went to one guide using tmpegenc and it told me to open the wizard but couldnt find the wizard. Please help this is the second day trying to do this

Don't convert it.
Encode the video to NTSC aspect ratio (720x480), but keep it at 25fps PAL. Encode to elementary streams (separate video and audio).
Download and install DGPulldown.
Load the encoded .m2v/mpv, change to 29.97fps, and run it.
Author the dgpulldown.m2v and your original audio.m2a/mpa.
