hey, im noob with these nokia phones but i put an optus sim in the handset and restrictions on.....too afraid to download generators in case i screw it up even more

I have tried to unlock my other nokia 6102 i could not get to work I do have a gen, but cant get the codes to work. I only tried it twice on this new phone, help is much wanted please.

I have a Nokia 6102b i need to unlock when i move to italy. Can someone help? Do i need to remove the SIM card first? WIll i still be able to use my cingular SIM card after unlocking?

I have already tried the following with no success - "Phone Restriction ON" is displayed:

They do not work with my phone although the model number is 6102B.

Start a new post!
Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!!(No Private Messages Please)
