ripping with smart ripper
burning with intervideo
it use to take about 40 minute from start to finish
now it is in excess of 1:15
any reason?
i have clean up my comp, defrag..
dont know how to sped it up

Sounds like your burner drive slipped into the PIO mode instead of DMA..
