Seeing I am 50% of an empty nester, our christmasses seem to be a tad on the quiet side. So seeing I had a few spare days to myself,I decided to chack out some of my early backups..Back in those days I used the stick on labels, not one would play, not one..

I soaked the rascals in warm water and managed to get the offending labes off...AND Bingo all played.

I know this has been a well worn topic, but stay away from those #@^*&$#^@ stickies.

i am not to sure burning would be a good idea, you may get toxic fumes and a headache.. plus the purty colors from the cheap labels and dye..... lol

i just wanted to add my 2 cents.
