After ripping to HDD with DVDFab Decrypter, open with DVD Shrink do your editing and burn with Imgburn. All free programs.

i did the download as suggested, also downloaded DVD Shrink, when i tried to open the files with DVD Shrink it would start to read, and then said had an internal error with files. tried several times, i did download it to one click dvd only program i had not tried, not the one click dvdpro and it says it wrote all approx 6.4 gig of info, but i didnt have a dl disc to try and upload, to late to go buy one, i will try it tonight. any more suggestions with the DVD Shrink, first time is used but i read good things about the program, error could be mine as to how i proceeded. [thanks al] by the way i am runnings windows xp and i have tried to record with dvdxplatinumx old 321 studios program still will reads and burns a lot of newer discs in simple mode, records all the menu and extras but the movie seems buried inside the disc. same with one click dvdpro, DVD Decrypter does not decode completely, i also have two other supposedly excellent decoding programs and none work with either the cave or the gospel, now its me against the disc, i want to win.

For The Gospel and The Cave, I used AnyDVD then just ran it through the 3.2 version of DVD Shrink. It took forever (6 hrs 44 min). I let it run at night while I was sleeping. It did work however. I prefer to use the older 2.3 version of DVD Shrink but when I tried to use that with AnyDVD I kept getting the msg invalid_ pic_nv or something like that. If anybody knows what that is or how to get rid of it let me know....thx

Backed up The Cave, The Gospel, and Broken Flowers with AnyDVD running in background and DVD Decrypter 3.3.5.0 to file on HD. Used both Shrink and CloneDVD to ISO and burned with Nero Express that came bundled with my first DVD burner. No issues and all DVDs played in 3 different DVD players without glitches, pixelation or skips. With CloneDVD was able to maintain menus and special features and delete advents, studio logo crap and the annoying FBI warning etc. Able to reauthor with shrink and CloneDVD to movie only ISO and burn to disc with Nero Express again. Used a few DVDs but bought some good Taiyo Yuden in bulk on sale so not a big expense. Haven?t experimented with VobBlanker on these yet. I could have just used AnyDVD with Shrink alone to ISO and burn with Nero Express or even ImgBurn without problems. Like to put movies in files on HD to do my experiments on to avoid using original discs. Most of my originals have been out of the box only 1 or 2 times. Free is nice but can?t go wrong with AnyDVD as far as I?m concerned.

To err is human, to really screw up.....use a computer.
