how come when i drag the files in nero the movie the cave is only 2000 mb.when i burn the movie the begginning plays the middle is all gone the the end plays.
any help thanks,

yeah i have the same problem. Every time i back up THE CAVE , i get it to burn and its half the movie. I get the end of the movie that plays not the rest. What is going on ? I have used everything in the world to back it up, and I dont what else to do.

I first used DVD X COPY EXPRESS, that didn't work. Then I used DVDFab Platinum v2.9.5.2 with DVD43 running in the background. Then I used DVDShrink with DVD43 running in the back and still nothing. I get the dvd to rip, but the 2_0 VOB to 2_5 VOB will not completly rip that is what it seems. Because after it rips them I go to watch the dvd and it starts up with the menu's ok and when you get to the selection screen for play, it jumps to the last 20 min of the movie, and that's it. It shows that that files ripped are 5.8 Gigs yet when burnt its like 1 gig worth of the dvd. Its wacked. I have ripped atleast 150 dvd's , and never ever had a problem like this before like this one. any help ?

Newest version of DVDFab is 2.9.6.6. from december 18th. You should get it and it will take care of your issues.

Make sure that you uninstall any old versions of DVDFab Decrypter before you download the update or the update will not take.

Were do I get DVDFAB 2.9.6.6 ? Because I have DVDFAB 2.9.6.5 and it doesnt work.

The answer to "THE CAVE" is here http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/282892 -- I made that mini guide, especially for Newbies or for those that have not made any successful backup yet. Check it out and I GUARANTEE YOU 100% that you'll have a successfully working "full disc" within roughly an hr.

All I did was use DVDFab to copy files to the harddrive then use DVD Shrink to burn. I don't see why people are having problems.

I did it exactly, how you said with the DVDFAB 2.9.6.6, I was having problems because I had DVDFab 2.9.6.5.
