Emergency! Any way to recover a Writen over DVD-RW?

I have all my accounts information and everything i need burned onto a FuJiFilm DVD-RW 4.7Gb... I just did a Quick Erase and burned a large file onto that same DVD.

Please tell me there is a way to recover all my info because i did not do the "Full Complete Erase"?

If the data didn't get over-written, it's still there.

You can try a program like ISOBuster to see if it's available. If it is, then you can extract it to your HD.

While there are specialist services out there that can recover overwritten information on media the costs unfortunately can be prohibitive, and there is no guarantee of success.
