People it's me again. I still cant copy my .iso file that i created using QWIX on to DVD DECRYPTER. What am i doing wrong? This is what I've done so far:
connected XBOX to Comp
insert game that i want to back up (STS street racing syndicate)
open up D drive and can see all files
created a fold on my PC (file name: xbox_srs)
created an .ISO file using QWIX (final .iso file name: xbox_srs.iso)
try to use DVD DECRYPTER to write .ISO file on to a DVD-R
THATS AS FAR AS I GET?!!!?!?!?
Some one out there plz help.

What error message are you getting when trying to use DVD Decrypter?

Have you tried burrning the ISO with Nero?

Well heres the update, after many, many, many wasted dvdr's I finally got somewhere. I was told that the message that I was getting could mean that the dvd-rw drive might be DIRTY. So I went out a bought a CD LASER LENS CLEANER and whala!!! I was able to back up my .iso file......
BUT, I notice that when I FTP my original game it only read 1.22gb (Ithought DVD VIDEO GAMES WERE LARGER, MAYBE 4.XGB). So after I backed up my .iso file, it only read for on my xbox for a sec then stopped. Anyone has any idea what went wrong? They say the "burning of the file" is the easiest, but not in my case. Please anyone with info drop a line. thanks

Xbox DVD games can very in size from 500MB or less to 4GB or more. Most average around 1.5 to 3GB in size. So it isnt uncommen for the size to only be 1.22GB.

Make sure your using good media and you can also try to delete the files in your CACHE folder's on the Xbox HDD. Semetimes doing this will let your game boot up.

I tried the tutorial here and was successful my 1st try. I FTPed all the files from the DVD drive on my Xbox to a folder on my PC. Then I open Qwik and chose create ISO from folder. I chose that folder and then crea ISO. I burned with Nero.
