hey i am trying to get the music off a x box game and i have checked the other forums and found no help.and since this is were i do all my dvd questions and answers.and find a lot of good help or ideas i figured i would try here before i give up.on another forum a person said use smartripper i have tried it does not find the music on the disk i have searched the dvd itself and cannot find the sound files it is all .vob ifo files.so any ideas or help would be gratefull sorry for posting under shrink forum but this is were i have found the best help and ideas compared to the other forums

What you would have to do is rip the .VOB files (They contain the audio and video). Then demultiplex them (this seperates the audio and video). You could then discard the video. There are several different programs that will do this, however I don't know of any free ones.
