internet download speed became slow

hi, i wonder is it possible that after several speed tests my download speed became from average 330 kb/sec to 220 kb/sec
i am not sure it is a reason, but this is only thing i did
with my speed.
can anybody help me with this thing

do you have anything running while you do the test like a p2p program or anything, when you do the test close everything and then try. Or check for spyware and adware than can affect the speed a lot

yeah when i did speed test i had Azureus running
and i dont have any spyware
so how can my speed return to normal?

i mean it became slow not in speed tests
when i download something it slower than should be.
in speed tests it the same
but when i download something from sites where my speed was usually 330-350kb/sec it is 220-250kb/sec

wel the only thing i could think of right now is that you have spyware or addware just do a check again to make sure

also the difference in your speed, isnt really that much, it might be the server that is uploading to you, try doing a dsl benchmark test.

try a system restore from within safe mode. if you still cant restore then id say that some spyware has buggered up your windows installation.

yeah i cant load it in start up too
but i dont think i have spyware cause my adaware doesnt show any spyware and kaspersky any viruses
i have yahoo dsl
