hi everyone. id just like to know what is the best encoder between tmpgenc and cce. ive done some experimentions and ive seen that cce removes the most dark blocks but ive heard it isnt a good encoder. anyway i dont like the many blocks tmpgenc creates. so can anyone tell me the best quality guide and how to remove these blocks in dak areas?

CCE is by far the better encoder. TMPGEnc gives close results but is unbelievably slower. There's guides on this site for TMPGEnc and I think doom9 has some guides for CCE.
