video file separated into different chapters?

I have copied a video onto c: drive using DVD decrypter ready to copy onto my PSP memory stick. When I go into PSP9 and am prompted to open up the appropriate file for transcoding I click on c: drive and then the saved film title. This is happening in a box with file type at the bottom which is on media automatically.The file name box just above that is empty.When I click on the film title it splits into two files or folders,one video and the other audio. I click on the video and short list appears which I assume are the chapters of the film.
I am not sure how to get the film title file across to the PSP9 "box" in one go. Do you have to take each chapter across in order to PSP9 and they "queue" up or is there a simpler way? If this is necessary do the chapters bond together to make one fluid non stop film?
I have looked through countless guides and forums but have not found the answer. Any advice welcome. Jim
