Tried backing up Noel with dvd shrink and at 45% it says that out of memory any ideas

Try clicking off the preview in shrink - this may help.
If that doesn't than rip with dvdfab decrypter to your hd then open the video_ts folder for the movie in shrink and process.

Glad it worked out! It seems the list of movies shrink can no longer do by itself is increasing :(
