Whoa crap dude, I just realized. You can frame the kid into admitting he stole the PSP. Usually those "hoodster wannabes" are REALLY easy to imitate cause they all do the same voice. Get a friend of yours that could sould like him and tape record your friend asking your other friend if he stole the PSP.
Bring it to him, yeah I said HIM. Then tell him you have it on multiple tape recorders (tape it on two) and you'll show it to the office if they even touch you. If he gives it back tell him you WONT show it to the office but do it anyways.

HOLY CRAP!!!!! Most you guys know that I have been doing anything i can to get it back, including calling local pawn shops and video game stores!!!!!!!!!!!! At about 7 I called a GameStop (video game store where they will give you money for your psp) and 2 minutes later I got a call back from the manager!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She tells me that earlier tonight a kid walked in with a psp, 2gb mem stick, need for speed, and no charger. They told him in order for them to buy it it need to have a charger and he needed someone who was 18. He bought a charger and brought his sister back. They paid him $197.85 for everything. I asked her if it was the fat a$$ kid i was talking about and she said, "im not allowed to tell you but you are on the right track." she then told me to call the police. I call the police they tell me eventually that everything is worked out and that i just have to talk with my school resource police officer tommorow. EVERYTHING IS WORKED OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Im getting it back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live in Florida too man and i know EXACTLY how you feel. School system sucks here. Write letters??? What is that gonna do? Give the robber a paper cut? These Floridian admins' are just afraid to get involved.

Once, my new cell phone was stolen out of my back-pack, i figured it out and held the class hostage for 45 mins. My point, protect yourself at all costs and show what your capable of. I did and i got it back, never had an item stolen again.

dude i remembered one time in my middle school at SC we're watching some boring azz movie and guess what at the end of class the tape's missing and the teacher call in security we're struck at the class for like 30min until everyone is throughly search. I never find out who stole it but god u're gotta be a loser to steal some boring history movie.
but good luck on getting that baby back i hope that dude is getting a year in jail and piz tell him don't drop the soap.

I don't see how he could get his psp back. He has no proof that it was actually stolen. You don't have any proof from the security tapes. The only proof you could have is if you kept your reciepts.

Fat a$$ was absent from school today. I turned everything I knew into the resource officer. He said he would get it back for me and give me an update tommorow. My only fear is that fat a$$ spent that money today and now doesnt have the money to pay me back. In that case, i dont think I would get restitution, would I, that would suck to have to pay that just to get the psp back but i guess it is worth it definetly.

He'll end up having to go to court for stealing it in the 1st place.. The store may have to give you the PSP back and they'll also have a case against him because it was stolen .. if not then the court may order him to give you the $ you paid for everything + whatever time (if any) he gets for it...
store will have a lawsuit against him for they can get in trouble for accepting stolen goods (even though they didn't know it was stolen till he left the store and you called)...
His sister will get in trouble for helping him sell stolen goods...
maybe he already got himself in trouble... the store may have turned him in also...

Here is how to get your PSP back. You gotta be smart and have patience, but the best way to get your PSP back is to outwit him. Study him and see who is his friends or hangs out with the most. Go to one of them at one point and become a friend. In other words get in good with him (the friend). Then at one point, once u have the friend's trust, explain to him what happened and tell him that you think that his friend might have it. Once you have the friend on your side, have him go ask the boy who stole it to go and offer that he is looking to purchase a used psp or looking to just check one out. Sit back and wait.....the Truth will Come Out! (be sure to possibly have school officials know about your little scheme, once it comes down to it) Good Luck!
