HELP: How to swap game disks when using Swap Magic 3.6?

Let's say I'm playing disk one of a game, then it asks to swap to disk 2. How is this done? (The dvd keeps spining, so I can't just take it and swap it).

you restart the ps2 and load disc 2 with your swap magic (hopefully it lets you save before asking for disc 2).
