Could I use any of the programs on this site to put a workout pilates video on to a dvd?

I downloaded a pilates video from a site....but do not know how to put it on a DVD disc....any ideas??

encode it to a iso image, then burn with DVD Decrypter or ImgBurn

encode with DVIX2DVD or AVI2DVD, or use a consumer editing prog to burn it for you

the file type is a Movie Clip...any ideas?
