Yup. That Was All It Took. That Combo Is The Best To Me Also With DVD Decrypter.

You ripped and burned, but have you viewed the movie yet?

Initial process was same as you described -- DVDD & Shrink. Result was several hangs and skipped scenes.

Reprocessed using VOBBlanker and the prob was solved.

to copy transporter 2, all you need to do is run AnyDVD in the background to remove any encryption and then just image the disc as its only between 4.32 to 4.35gb. no compression needed.
or just run the movie through DVD Decrytper in ISO Mode.

ahhhhh!!! cobras

i ripped both movies with the great Decrypter. i transcoded the transpoter2 with shrink and burn with decrypter. on red eye i use recode2 to transcode and burn.

p:s: i thought that the great Decrypter was gone, remember those threads title "Decrypter gone forever"?. that great software is now ripping RipGard(madagascar). i don't remember the last time i use FabDecrypter or/and AnyDVD. Thank you once again L.K.U.

Nero Recode2 or Shrink using deep analysis and AEC/ fabdecrypter or anydvd running in the background/ IMGBurn to burn/main movie only mode= perfect.

Transporter 2 has not special protection whatsoever. I ripped it with DVD Decrypter via Mode, File F flawlessly and burned it straight with Nero Burning Rom. It doesn't even need to be compressed/encoded (only 4.1GB), results turns out perfectly as original.

I don't think DVD Decryter is actually ripping RipGuard. i believe its still on the files thats on your HDD and you need a little encouragement on the side to help get rid of it. Decryter has been removed from the net for a while so it could not possibly have been updated in any way to battle RipGuard.
Red Eye...well i ripped with Decrypter in File Mode with AnyDVD 5.8.1.1 in the background with the Remove Annoying Adverts & Trailers and jump to Title Menu option turned on and it buggered up the files. no biggie. i just left AnyDVD running in the background with Remove Annoying Adverts & Trailers and jump to Title Menu turned off, passed it through Recode2 and no problems, except for the Trailers and Adverts have to be on. oh well!

Transporter 2 has no special protection. DVD Decrypter alone can rip this baby flawlessly without no glitches. No AnyDVD or DVD43 required. :) cheers!

Ripguard is the name of the protection that you find on some dvd's... so when he mentioned "ripping ripguard" it meant decrypting the ripguard protection. But as Alkohol said, that movie doesn't have any special prtection.

[edit] Sorry, my bad.. mind was going faster than fingers and said it didn't have ripguard.. whoops!!.. corrected it now.

When i said that Decrypter was ripping RipGard, i was refering to Madagascar, this one defenitely has RipGard and Decrypter ripped it without a problem. i know trasnporter2 doesn't have a special protection.

Nero Recode2 or Shrink using deep analysis and AEC/ fabdecrypter or anydvd running in the background/ IMGBurn to burn/main movie only mode= perfect.

I simply used Shrink and burnt to with Nero Express6 for transporter2, red eye, and Hustle and Flow and no problems.

Even tested with a cheap DIAMOND (Walmart 30$) DVD Player.

FYI - the constant Gardener will need DVDFab Decrypter, VobBlanker, Srink and Burn with Nero.

Hope this helps

I just used AnyDVD and Clone for The Constant Gardener, and burned it to both a single layer and Dual Layer. Nothing to special about this movie.

Red Eye worked for me with shrink with AnyDVD running and then I burned using ImageBurn. I think my lense needed to be cleaned.
