Use dvd2xbox, an application that copies xbox games to your hdd. Download the program then ftp the dvd2xbox07_1 folder to E, apps on your xbox's hdd. Once that finishes go to your xbox and restart it and then put the game you want to copy in, dont launch it. Then in your dash select applications, then dvd2xbox, start the program and select Copy DVD/CD-R to HDD then choose e:\games\ as the dump directory since you have the stock hdd and no F or G drive. It should then start copying, once it finishes exit and restart. Then go to Games in your UnleashX dashboard and the game you copied should be listed, launch and play. Since you have the stock hdd (only 10Gb, 8GB available) you will only be able to fit 1, maybe 2 games. You can get 2 more gb from your hdd if you format an F drive.

You will not have enough room on a stock hd. I hope you backed up your epprom and did not delete it when you trying to clear space on your hd.

Elliot: Hey, do you, uh, think I could come back some time and play with your Xbox?
Karen: Anytime, kid.
Elliot: Bye.
Karen: Oh! Well, would you look at that? This game is called an Xbox. Well. Ha ha ha...

The F drive you format won't have enough space(2gb) to copy most games to. But you can still format it if you want. Do you have EvolutionX or UnleashX.

You can get a larger hdd to fit Halo 2 on there and be able to put on more games too. Or you can cut down the game and delete uneeded files. Tell me if you need me to tell you how to do that.

Pretty much any hard drive will work here's a tutorial on how to upgrade your hard drive on a softmodded xbox, http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/203286

The epprom is a chip on your motherboard that checks your hard drive for a epprom.bin file. If your hard drive crashes and you do not have the epprom.bin file your xbox will not work. with out the back up of epprom.bin file you will need a mod chip to make it work again.
