i haven't noticed a previous post about this: so, i'm extracting, ready to burn and my dvd-r doesn't have enough memory. i'm willing to let go of certain files, but can't determine which are which. suggestions? wisdom?

making a copy of a movie i bought. the burner is dual layer able

then use a 8.4 gig disc and then you should be able to fit the whole project on.

However if you only want the movie use shrinkdvd
if you want the entire disc use shrinks full disc backup.It will compress the source disc files to fit your 4.38 gig disc.

Or use something like DvdReMake: http://www.dimadsoft.com/dvdremake to get rid of content you don't like/need and keep original video quality.
