Hello
I hope someone can help.

I have been running MWP10 for a few weeks without apparent problem on an XP platform, DirectX9.

For some reason the other day it simply stopped playing audio on any DVD, original or copied version. WMP10 will still play audio CD's OK. I also have PowerDVD v5 and it will play DVD's no problem.

I ran the Windows DVD Decoder checkup facility. The default decoder is the Cyberlink ne. I updated that to make sure it is WMP10 compatible, but still no go.

So, I just uninstalled WMP10 and rolled back to version 9 but it makes no difference.

All help gratefully accepted. I'd be keen to know what I did to cause it and how to rectify it.

Thanks
maroon
