Ever time I burn a movies using a DVD+R 8.5 GB DL Discs with NO Compression using DVD Shrink 3.2.0.15. Burned with Nero, everything seem fine, but, for some strange reason the DVD movie menu, features and other will not play except for the main movie? What is the problem? What did I do wrong?

What brand are u using? Most people here will recommend Verbatim DL's but I've had no problem with Ridatas...

If you're going to do full versions on a DL disc I'd suggest you rip to ISO using DVD Decrypter and burn with IMG. Nero is known to have issues burning DL discs. I haven't had a single problem doing it this way.

I wouldn't consider using Nero on my dual layer backups.It's a superb single layer burn engine,but not dual layer. Too many posts here about it because it does have trouble with the layer break.

I use DVD Decrypter in Mode ISO read to hard drive and Mode ISO write,locate mds files and burn.

Very simple. You can also try the way unolord posted. IMGburn was created by the same author of DVD Decrypter,Lightning UK. It just doesn't have the ripping feature. The writing feature is nearly identical to DVD Decrypter. My next dual layer backup will be with that combo.

How are you viewing those dl backups when the issues occur?
Stand alone player?
PC drive?

If it's a stand alone player,try viewing them on the pc using the same drive that burned it. Look at the general vicinity of where those issues occur.It should play them perfect.

Like recommended above, you should try using IMGBurn. That's the best burning engine so far for dl layer media.
