I'm pressing Open Disk so that I can start with DVD shrink. But then an error comes up and says: "DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. Invalid DVD navigation structure"

What do I do so that it will work? Then I tried to do it with DVD decrypter, but it didnt let me copy VOB 1 files or something like that.

Please help fast!

I ripped this movie 3 weeks ago using only DVD Shrink - no problem.
Maybe you have a bad disk - is it scratched or just dirty? Or your drive is giving problems. One interesting thing about this movie is when it start playing on my PC, it gives out a high pitched beeping sound that lasted for 10 seconds.

"Invalid DVD Navigation Structure" can be fixed by:

A) Ripping with AnyDVD 5.8.1.1

B) DVDFab -> VOB Blanker -> DVD Shrink

If i'm not mistaken that error is due to RipGuard protection. It's come up a few times but i've always made successful backups using these methods...

Also, the DVD size of it is like 8.7 gigs or 7.5. I have 4.7 gig dvds. How can I make it fit after?

DVD Shrink will compress to fit a normal disk or you can use reauthor to select only movie minus all the menu titles & trailers.
