sony cd/dvd rom generator problem

I downloaded sony cd/dvd rom generator. But when i try to run the setup.exe file fron the folder, nothing happens.

I've tried downloading from different sites. They all are the same files, and I come up with this exact result.

Can anyone help me with this, please.
