if you download the iso of GTA:LCS can't you use umd emulator v0.8 and turn the flash emulation on? I would try this but my memory stick is only 256mb and im in canada and all the memory stick prices are SHI*.

anyways someone should try this.

Apparently There Are Securities Within The GTA EBOOT That Are Difficult To Circumvent So I Guess We Aren't Just Dealing With Missing Video Codecs. I Haven't Talked To Anyone That Has Tried Dumping The 2.00 Update And Loading Up The ISO With Flash Emulation So I'm Not 100% Sure :-\ ...

I Have The UMD In My Hands But There Is No Way In Hell I Am Upgrading To v2.0
