This is for all those people who dont know about region blocks
1) Game region blocks
2) Movie region blocks
-------------------------Game region blocks-------------------------
the psp does not have region blocks, this means you can play games from all the world :)
------------------------Movie region blocks-------------------------
un-like the games, the movies DO have a region block, you can only play films from YOUR region i.e:
Region 1 : U.S , CANADA , U.S TERRITORIES
Region 2 : EUROPE , JAPAN , SOUTH AFRICA & MIDDLE EAST ( EGYPT )
Region 3 : SOUTH EAST ASIA + EAST ASIA ( HONG KONG )
Region 4 : AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, PACIFIC ISLANDS, CENTRAL AMERICA, MEXICO, SOUTH AMERICA & THE CARRIBEAN
Region 5 : EASTERN EUROPE ( FORMER SOVIET UNION ) AFRICA, NORTH KOREA & MONGOLIA
Region 6 : PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINA

no, thereisno way of unblocking it, but hopefully arenice freinds at sony might bring a
patch out

I hope it comes out soon its not like i need to watch movies on my psp that bad but knowing that i cant is killing me for some reason worst comes to worse i'll just have to get a big memory stick and down load them to my memory stick no biggie

If you have a 1.5 you can use UMD Emulator to get by the region code.

ok so does any one know where i can get Region 2 movies for my white psp? I'm trying to look into the uk and see if some of there sites delivers to the U.S. If anyone knows of any please let me know!!

I would love to order from play.com but it seems they dont deliver to U.S. If you know a way that they can deliver to the U.S. please let me know!! I'm going to look into game.net right now thank you!!

I have one person but he's a business Associate I'm going to call him and see if he can do me the favor of ordering the psp movies for me. If he doesnt want to do it then I'm fresh out of luck wish I knew someone else..anywho if not i guess I'll only play video games on my psp and watch movies when I put them on a memory stick!!
