Downloaded Movie Sync Issues with PSP

I have been trying to download movies to my PSP recently, but have had no luck. The only movie I have ever got to sync up right was Saw which I did way back in May 05. The last 10 are bunk due to audio sync issues.

I am using decryptor to rip the movie, and then per some user's suggestion, ran the movie through pocketdivx and even synced the audio/video there, and then ran it through pspvideo9.

When I check the movies on my PC, everything is fine, it looks good and the audio is synced. But once I download to PSP and try and watch the movie, the audio does not match up. Why? would this have anything to do with having version 2.0? I'm getting frustrated wasting all this time and not being able to enjoy the movies on the PSP. Any help would be appreciated.

just wanted to add something.

If this is a psp version issue with 2.0 how come the saw movie I first downloaded to PSP before I upgraded still works now if I download to a memory stick? There are no sync issues.
