whats the name of the file i need to softmod a xbox to play backup games?

and can you play backup disks or just backups from hard drive?

rented splinter cell but it must be the wrong one. I got pandora tomorrow. the didnt have 007 night fire or mechassualt just had mechassualt 2. this sucks can i download the old game somewhere? xbins, newsgroups?

yea it has to be the first splintercell....no u cant download the old on becuz u wont be able to play back-ups untill your system is modded just go to the mall or something and buy the first splintercell used for 5 bux thats what i did....

I paid $7 for the original Splinter Cell when I first found out about soft modding a few months ago. So it should be cheap to buy it than rent it anyway. BTW it can't be a Platinum Hits copy either.

i got the original splinter cell platinum hits and it worked fine. got it soft modded now and everything works great

yea people say dont use the platnium hits but thats what i have and it works perfect im glad yours worked.....
