has anyone tried to backup how high?????

it is giving me an error that says: dvd shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. Programming error - Exception occured. invalid access to memory location

Are you using anything other than Shrink?

Try using DVDDecrypter/DVDFab Decrypter or using either DVD43 or AnyDVD when running Shrink to beat the copy protection. Shrink hasn't been (nor will it ever) updated in a long time. Try one of the above and see how it goes.
