Best and Easiest DVD Ripping Software

I am new to ripping and I am looking for the best AND easiest to use DVD Ripping software that will allow me to save to multiple formats, like mpeg, avi, wmv, etc.

I would also like to know what the best and easiests software would be for ripping to specific formats, like mpeg or avi or wmv.

I am looking to rip my DVD's for my personal use to play through my Xbox 360.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

That is the first product that I tried. I really liked the interface, however, every test ended up with either blocky video or no video shown but sound playing. I used the trial version and my computer uses an AMD processor, which I have read that some people have had problems with AMD processors and this software.

I have tried a couple other DVD to specific format programs and they rip good quality video. I would really like to only have one program to have to pay for.
