Sorry for the late replay tarang but my connection has been down for over 8 blooming hours and that's it just back up.
Anyways yeah my PsP was also switching off when i tried to load the compilation but if you connect your PsP to your PC and take out all your GTA saves and add the compilation 1st then the actual game save itself that way it will load up GTA rather than the homebrew then all you have to do is go to load, what firmware you using?

Another homebrew game on 2.01+
heres the info
Quote: Another awesome homebrew game for 2.01/2.5/2.6 firmware PSPs is released by PSP 3D forum member, Percival, creator of GTA Pong.
This new 2.01/2.5/2.6-only game is called Penguin Scramble. The object of the game is to keep the penguin going through the 'caves' without touching any walls. Highly addictive, I found myself playing this game for over 30 minutes trying to beat my high scores!
you can get it at psp3d.com (if you already have it i'm late cos i can't get on psp3d.com at home)
also an update on multiple game saves on 2.01+
Quote: Well here ya have it, one of the most requested features for 2.01/2.5/2.6 homebrew is now released by a joint effort with Fanjita and PSP3D.com. Multiple savegame folders. You can now have multiple homebrew games on your 2.01/2.5/2.6 PSP at the same time, and can simply switch homebrew "tetris.bin" files and icons in and out of up to 5 savegame folders (meaning in the future, when new homebrew is released, you can easily slipstream new homebrew onto your PSP, and keep your favorites still on it).
you can get that on psp3d.com also

Stick Adventure is pretty mad, looks like it could be quite good once they get it finished. Just curious how come these can run?

because they run like websites - just a series of screens is all - no good for full homebrew games

okay just another update on 2.01+ homebrew
Masterpiece is now out
its a bit like tetris but you have to match the colours
http://dl.qj.net/dl.php?fid=817
erm its pretty messy that file - with source code and stuff
but just open it up and look in the PSP_release folder
to use it just replace the tetris.bin file - in one of your savegame folders (i recommend the starfield - save 7 - becasue its rather useless)
heres my custom pics if you want to change the starfield ones
you want to save this as a PNG and name it ICON0
you want to save this as a PNG and name it PIC1
sorry im late with this afterdawn has only just let me on

Edit 2: Penguin Scramble v1.0 is out over at psp3 well if you can get on the site i had to proxy to get on seems like my IP is blocked although my account is still active, odd.

I used a program called Hide IP Platinum which automatically set the proxy setting up as well as find the actual proxy IP itself but to do it manually (for IE) all you need to do is got to Control Panel> Internet Options> Connections> Setup> then:
Google "proxy list"
can you not get on psp3d either? Btw just untick the box circled in the pick to disable the proxy.

Quote: Fanjita succeeds in bringing SNES Emulation to 2.01+ PSP Firmware
Fanjita has let us in on a bit of news that is sure to make many 2.01+ users deliriously happy. He and Ditlew have managed to get uo_Snes9x, a Super Nintendo Emulator by Y, running on 2.01+ firmware. This preview and the release of the Multi Save Game Loader, looks to be the start of what the Eboot Loader meant for 2.0 firmware. Console emulation is one of the most commonly sought after features of PSP homebrew. In a couple of days it looks like it will be a pleasant reality.
We finally made a more solid breakthrough with the EBOOT loader for GTA tonight. Not only does the menu now work properly, but I've also managed to run the uo_SNES9x emulator, and play the Pilotwings ROM (the only one I have), on both v2.0 and v2.5.
At the moment everything is hanging together with a pretty nasty hack. Ideally I'd like to get that fixed up before release, but it's more likely that we'll decide to release things as they currently are, and iron out that issue later.
Please note that lots of basic homebrew is still not working, but I thought that getting SNES emulation running was a big enough milestone to celebrate! Also, if we do decide to release, it will take a few days to knock the code into a releasable format.
Amazing work once again Fanjita and Ditlew. Congratulations on your latest accomplishment
